Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,080 per week

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing on a hospital medical-surgical floor in Casper, Wyoming. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. The role requires adherence to organizational policies and professional nursing standards to deliver quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult patients on a medical-surgical floor
• Reviewing patient histories and developing and executing care plans
• Delegating tasks appropriately and documenting patient progress accurately
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Responding quickly to patient needs and assisting with patient transfers
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Professional certification
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting

Schedule

Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Duration: 13 weeks. Start Date: 09/21/2026.
