Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,080 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse – Night shift (10/05/2026 – 01/04/2027). This travel nursing position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in a medical‑surgical setting, adhering to organizational policies and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/revise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, and evaluate patient responses.
• Document care promptly, legibly, and in compliance with policies.
• Supervise licensed and non‑licensed personnel as needed.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage in educational activities to support departmental growth.

Requirements

• Valid registered nurse license in the state of practice or a valid compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in acute care with at least one year in a similar setting within the past 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Professional nursing certification.
• Additional related education or experience.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting 10/05/2026.
