Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Mandan, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Dakota
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care settings
• Experience managing nursing staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
