Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Oversee medication administration and treatment procedures
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
• Experience managing a nursing staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current BLS certification
