About the role
Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a 6-week assignment in Etowah, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care nursing
- Experience managing a nursing staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Current BLS certification
