Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a 15-week assignment in Fairview, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Conduct shift rounds and monitor patient conditions
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience in long-term care settings
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
