RN - Nurse Manager/Director position available in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
- Manage night shift and call for service line every 3rd week
Requirements
- BLS, NRP, PALS certification required
- 5+ years of manager experience in NICU area
- Experience with managing through EMR conversion to EPIC
- EPIC experience is a must
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience with managing through EMR conversion to EPIC
