Job Summary

The organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee clinical nursing operations within a dedicated healthcare facility. This leadership role requires strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The Nurse Manager will report to a Nurse Director and contribute to organizational goals related to operational efficiency, staff engagement, and clinical excellence.

Job Details

  • Location: Denver, Colorado

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

  • Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice

  • Valid compact license must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of employment start

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers

  • Leadership/supervisory experience

  • Must complete Intermountain Health's required leadership training and development courses within one year

  • 2 years of clinical experience

  • Demonstrated experience in oversight roles

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
