Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift, 7.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of relevant management experience, preferably within a high-risk or highly regulated healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing specialized or high-acuity departments
- Certification in healthcare management or relevant specialty
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Pay Package
