GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a 13-week assignment starting on August 9, 2026, at a 40-hour per week, 8-hour day shift position in Santa Monica, California.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in understanding hospital policies and procedures
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure compliance with hospital standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Manage patient discharge planning and follow-up care
• Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• 4 years of acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience
• RN California State License
• BLS certification

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
