Travel Nurse RN - Care Manager - $2,700 per week

Responsibilities
- Perform Care Coordination as an acute medical Care Manager
- Float to the Laguna Facility as needed
- Manage a caseload ratio of 1:25
- Work a variable 5-day workweek; department operates 7 days per week. Days off will vary and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back, although every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination
- Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travel nurses not accepted)
- Active California state RN license (pending license accepted, but must be licensed upon start date)
- No more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) during the assignment
