Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a position in San Luis Obispo, California.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Participate in performance evaluations and professional development activities
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in the area of specialty listed on the job
- Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver's License
- Background and drug screen

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
