Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee daily operations and patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Manage through EMR conversion to EPIC
- Be available for night shift during the assignment
Requirements
- BLS, NRP, PALS required
- 5+ years of manager experience in NICU area
- EPIC experience is a must

Pay Package
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
