Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting.
- Manage complex operations within a high-volume cardiovascular environment.
- Drive innovation and improve clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (preferred).
Certifications & Licensure
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS.
- ACLS.
Schedule
- Start Date: 09/28/2026.
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- Shift: 8 hours, days.
