About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct shift handovers and rounds to monitor patient conditions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Minimum 3 years of RN management experience
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Current BLS certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
