About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 8-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Tillamook, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient care quality
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs for new nurses
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of RN management experience
- Experience working in an acute care setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, nights
