Travel Nurse Manager - $2,434 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 8-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Tillamook, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursing unit
• Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient care quality
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Develop and implement training programs for new nurses
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of RN management experience
• Experience working in an acute care setting preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
