About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Mandan, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Ensure quality assurance and risk management protocols are followed
- Participate in staff meetings and departmental committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Dakota
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Experience managing a nursing staff
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
