About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Conrad, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new nursing staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Experience managing a nursing staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Ability to relocate to Conrad, Montana
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
