About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Long Term Care (LTC) in Viroqua, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Perform routine and specialized treatments as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment.
Requirements
- MUST have 1-2 recent years of LTC/SNF experience within the past 2 years of today's date.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Contract Length (in weeks): 13
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations.
