Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,038 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Jackman, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in an ICF facility.
• Work 3 shifts of 12 hours each, including days, nights, and flexible, rotating shifts.
• Rotate through different shifts over the course of the assignment.
• Ensure all residents have access to G-tube care.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and education related to LTC care.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of recent LTC/SNF experience within the past 2 years.
• Must have a valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Flu shot required.
• Experience with ICF facilities and residents with intellectual development issues/disabilities.
• Experience with G-tube care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Skilled in providing care to residents with intellectual disabilities.
• Experienced in working in an ICF setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
