Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,036 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) position in Medford, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Variable shifts - day, PM, night. 8 and 12-hour shifts.
• Every other weekend and holidays.
• Will be required to float to Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit.
• No on-call requirements.
• Eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours.
• Must be clean and work appropriately.
• Must be willing to wear a mask during flu season if declined to be vaccinated.

Requirements

• WI RN license.
• BLS certification.
• AHA certifications required by Aspirus.
• Previous 2+ years experience in SNF long term care.
• Strong medication administration skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Unit 1: 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents.
• Unit 2: LTC with 20 beds.
• 2 units per shift (day and PM shift).
• 2 nurses and 3 aides per shift.

Skills

• Charting experience (ECS not required, training provided).
• Unit-specific skillset including strong medication administration skills.
