Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,035 per week

Job Summary

Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) at a facility in Berlin, WI. This 12‑hour day shift assignment is designed to support the care of long‑term and rehabilitation patients over an 8‑week period. The role involves providing clinical care in a setting recognized for excellence, with a focus on wound care, blood draws, and adherence to physician orders.

Schedule

Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: 12‑hour day shifts, minimum 36 hours per week

Qualifications

• WI RN license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in long‑term care or post‑acute settings; acute care experience accepted in lieu of LTC
• Strong charting skills; Epic preferred, Pyxis highly preferred
• Experience with wound care, blood draws, and following physician orders
• Ability to float to a designated facility with rehab and long‑term care patients
• Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles)

Unit Information

• 20‑bed long‑term care unit and 17‑bed rehab unit
• RN patient ratio of 1:17‑20

Orientation

• 5 days total: 1 day onboarding, 4 shifts with preceptor

Shift Requirements

• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• No on‑call or call‑back duties
