Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,000 per week
About the role
Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at a facility in Medford, Wisconsin. The position is for 13 weeks starting July 20, 2026, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and variable shifts including day, PM, and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Variable shifts including day, PM, and night shifts with 8 and 12-hour shift options
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Float between Short Term, Long Term, and CBRF Units as required
- No on-call or call back requirements
- Work across two units: Unit 1 with 12 beds for short-term residents and 10 CBRF residents, and Unit 2 with 20 long-term care beds
- Staffing consists of 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift on day and PM shifts
- Minimum 2+ years of SNF long-term care experience required
- Strong medication administration skills required
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting required
- Required certifications: WI RN license, BLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
- Charting experience with ECS preferred but not required - training will be provided
- Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Scrubs required - must be clean and work appropriate

Pay
The estimated gross weekly pay is $2000, with a $500 contract completion bonus opportunity.
