Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,400 per week

About the role

GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Sister Bay, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 13 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
