Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Seward, Alaska.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Long Term CareDiscipline: RNStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelJob Summary for LTC RN (Travel Nurse) – Alaska - Position: Long Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) - Location: Alaska (must have AK RN license in hand) - Assignment Length: 13 or 26 weeks (traveler’s choice) - Start Date: ASAP - Shifts: 4x12-hour shifts; variable (either Days or Nights depending on facility needs); no rotation between day/night except for urgent needs - Experience Required: Minimum 1 year LTC experience; previous travel nurse experience mandatory - Certifications Required: BLS; Alaska Food Worker Certification (to be obtained onsite during orientation) - Holiday Requirement: Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) - RTO (Requested Time Off): Max 2 weeks for 26-week contract; all RTO requests must be submitted up front - Charting System: ECS Med Ninjas Job ID #18916.
