About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care / Extended Care / Skilled Nursing setting. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/07/2026, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care and manage individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and IVs within your scope of practice.
- Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and care teams.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff.
- Support discharge planning and resident education.
- Manage urgent and emergent resident care situations.
- Document care in compliance with skilled nursing, MDS, and Medicare requirements.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Strong assessment, care planning, and medication administration skills.
- Experience with skilled nursing, MDS, and Medicare documentation preferred.
