Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $2,465 per week

Job Summary

A Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) position in Long Term Care (LTC) is available in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This role involves providing care to elderly patients with diagnoses such as dementia and frailty, including performing assessments, charting, charge duties, medications, and clinical skills such as intravenous therapies, catheters, and ostomies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (AHA)
• Education Requirements: License to submit
• Experience: Active license to submit; BLS certification (AHA); at least 1 year of elderly experience; local candidates within 80 miles of the facility.

Required Qualifications

• License: Active license to submit
• BLS Certification: (AHA)
• Experience: 1 year(s) of elderly care experience required
• Shift: 8-hour days with every other weekend and holiday schedule
• Schedule: Shift time is 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

• Availability: Must be available for at least half of holidays during the assignment.
• Submission: Candidates must note in their submission if they have ever worked for the facility, with an end date prior to 6 months from the submission date.
• Float Rotation: Float rotation may be required.
