Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for infection control and medication administration.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
