About the role
We’re currently seeking a Long Term Acute Care RN to join our team in an LTAC setting. This assignment offers Day One Medical Benefits and the opportunity to care for complex long-term patients, including vents, trachs, and wounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex long-term patients
- Care for vents, trachs, and wounds
- Document patient progress and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in long-term acute care
- Specialty certifications preferred: Ventilator/Trach Care, Wound Care, NIHSS (if caring for neuro patients)
