Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,844 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery position in Marinette, Wisconsin. 12‑week assignment, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for labor and delivery patients 35+ weeks gestation, GYN surgeries, antepartum, and postpartum patients.
• Maintain patient ratios: 1:1 for laboring patients and 1:3 for couplets, antepartum, and surgical patients.
• Perform blood draws as required.
• Utilize EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing system.
• Conduct NSTs, triage, postpartum and newborn assessments, and nursery care.
• Support charge RN and resource RN as needed; rapid response team available.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Active RN license (implied).
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and FHM.
• First‑time travelers considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Skills

• Non‑stress testing (NST) performance and interpretation.
• Triage of obstetric patients.
• Postpartum and newborn assessment and care.
• Nursery care.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing.
• Ability to draw blood and manage IV therapy.

• Assignment duration: 12 weeks.

• Weekend rotation: every other weekend.
