Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,304 per week
Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
About the role
- 12-week assignment starting 09/21/2026
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
- Schedule runs in 6-week increments with every other weekend and holiday rotation
- No on-call responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
- Patient ratios of 1:1-2, or 1:3 for mixed acuity status
- Care for neurological patients including ischemic strokes, hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, spinal surgeries, brain mass resections/biopsies, and other neurocritical conditions
- Manage medical respiratory overflow and general medical ICU overflow patients
- May float to ED Holding (1:3-4), other ICUs (MRICU, SICU, CICU, CVICU), medical surgical unit (1:3), sitter assignments, or PACU Surge (1:3-4)
- Scrub color: any solid color with no graphics, logos, or designs
- Cannot work more than 60 hours in a week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts per fatigue policy

Responsibilities
- Ventilator management
- Tracheostomy care
- Arterial lines management
- Vasopressor and sedation management
- Central line blood draws
- EVD management (preferred)
- CVVH/CRRT (preferred)
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Experience with Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing, GE monitors, and Medtronic EVDs

Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,304 plus a $500 contract completion bonus.
