Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $1,960 per week

About the role

Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-level care environment. The assignment is 13 weeks, beginning on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/21/2026.

The unit features GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennett ventilators. The facility is a CT&I (Clinical Transformation & Innovation) alpha hub committed to using technology to enhance patient care and provider efficiency. Unit secretaries are available on days and nights, with occasional technical assistance.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients
• Manage advanced technology, including GE monitors and ventilators
• Document using the Meditech system

Requirements

• Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• At least 1 year of critical care experience
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
• NIH certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths, cardiovascular and vasopressor drips
• Experience with ventilated patients
• Ability to perform bedside central line placement
• Experience with massive transfusion protocols

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
