Travel Nurse RN - House Supervisor - $3,244 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff in a hospital setting, ensuring patient care quality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage patient flow and discharge processes
• Oversee infection control and isolation procedures
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to manage patient care needs
• Participate in rapid response teams as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a House Supervisor or RN Manager
• Current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• No formal dress code, but scrubs are required

Qualifications

• Experience with managing a diverse patient population
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Skills

• Preferred certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Preferred skills: Code management, crisis intervention, facility/bed diversion, rapid response team participation
