Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,775 per week
Job Summary
This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the endoscopy laboratory setting, including assisting with procedures such as colonoscopies, esophagogastroduodenoscopies (EGDs), ERCPs, PEG tube placements, bronchoscopies, esophageal stent placements, and pain procedures. The role requires proficiency in moderate sedation, EPIC charting, and managing patient admissions and discharges within the perioperative area.
Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Duration: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Illinois Registered Nurse license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in endoscopy procedures such as colon, EGD, ERCP, PEG tube, bronch, esophageal stent, and pain procedures
- Able to perform moderate sedation, EPIC charting, and manage patient admissions/discharges in the perioperative setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced endoscopy laboratory environment
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
