Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,211 per week

Travel nursing assignment in Rockport, Maine at MaineHealth - Pen Bay Medical Center, a 99-bed acute care community hospital. The Emergency Department has 20 beds, plus 2 triage and 3 behavioral health beds within a locked unit. The facility is Joint Commission accredited and offers emergency care, stroke care, and a wide range of specialty services. Rockport is known for its scenic harbor and the Maine Lighthouse Museum, with Portland approximately 90 minutes south.

About the role

• 13-week travel assignment starting 09/07/2026
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Pay rate: $2,155.00 - $2,266.00 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a 20-bed Emergency Department with additional triage and behavioral health beds
• Perform triage and patient assessments
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably Epic

Requirements

• Current RN licensure (Compact accepted)
• 2 years of recent emergency room experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS (AHA), Crisis Prevention Intervention
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• Two professional references covering entire work history
