Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Director of Nursing for a position in Cut Bank, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on nursing leadership.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
