Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations at a skilled nursing facility.
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
- Utilize Residex software for charting and managing resident care.
- Participate in both office and floor-based patient care activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role in healthcare settings.
- Experience with ASL and Memory care residents.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
