Travel Nurse RN - Director of Nursing - $3,951 per week

About the role

The role of Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the quality of patient care at the assigned facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure all patients receive appropriate care and meet their healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Florida RN license.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing a team of nurses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
