Responsibilities

• Provide care for sedated, intubated, and pressor patients.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3 depending on the unit.
• Uphold high standards of patient safety and teamwork in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CICU, SICU, MICU as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience.
• Current RN licensure.
• Ability to float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CICU.
• Strong patient care focus.
• Team communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different units and patient populations.
• Acute care hospital experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Prior experience floating in hospital settings.
• Excellent clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
