Travel Nurse RN - Critical Care Float - $2,415 per week
About the role
Intensive Care Unit Float RN is needed in a facility located in Minocqua, Wisconsin. This position involves providing acute care for adult and pediatric patients with diverse medical conditions, primarily serving the elderly population.
The RN will work night shifts and be responsible for managing various critical and non-critical patient needs in a dynamic ICU environment.
Responsibilities
The RN will be responsible for titrating drips such as heparin, insulin, amiodarone, cardizem, PCA fentanyl, Propofol, Norepinephrine; reading rhythm strips; managing ventilators and monitoring equipment; floating to ER, UC, PACU as needed; and working with nurse aides.
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Located within 80 miles of the facility

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour night shifts, with scheduling blocks when possible. Weekend and holiday rotations required. Call or standby may be required during low census periods.
