About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety
- Precept new staff
- Contribute to quality outcomes in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU
- Provide high-quality care aligned with standards from AWHONN and AACN
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Support safety and continuous learning
- Adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
Qualifications & Skills
- RN license or eNLC privileges in Colorado
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience
- Certification in NRP and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
