About the Role
Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize top-of-scope nursing practices and the nursing process to deliver quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Precept and mentor new staff and students.
- Adhere to standards from AWHONN and AACN, including RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
Requirements
- Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Certification in NRP and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) with card in-hand prior to start.
