About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment as a Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler in the NICU.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and safety.
- Precept and support new healthcare staff and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as AWHONN and AACN for women’s care and infants, including certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
Requirements
- Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- ACLS, NRP, and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
Schedule
Full-time, night shifts.
Location
NICU and women's care units, including Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, and NICU.
Additional Details
Eligible for travel stipends, local options, and 13-week assignments.
