Travel Nurse - NICU Nights

Role Overview: This position is for an RN Traveler within the NICU department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality of care at the point of service.Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, demonstrating proficiency and fostering growth.Work in units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU, following standards such as AWHONN and AACN. Qualifications & Skills Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.Certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Additional Details: The role involves night shifts, full-time hours, and offers competitive pay plus travel stipends. Local options are available for residents within 75 miles.
