About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive home healthcare services to patients in a travel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor health status, and document observations accurately.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Manage caseload efficiently, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment.
