Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams
• Administer therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or condition changes
• Perform medication reconciliation and communicate discrepancies

Details of the Role

• Work 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts
