About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel case management role in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to facilitate timely decisions.
- Perform patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screenings following clinic protocols.
- Support care coordination among providers to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN.
Schedule
40 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts.
