Travel Nurse

About the role

Join as an In-House Travel RN and provide specialized patient care across multiple units, including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB, at various hospital locations.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care accordingly
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and facilitating communication
• Ensuring safety, patient satisfaction, and a compassionate care environment
• Participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid PA or multistate nursing license
• Specialty certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP as applicable
• Graduate of a specialty training program
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Ability to work at different hospital sites within the health system
