Travel Nurse

Join as an In-House Travel RN, providing flexible, full-time nursing care across multiple hospital locations in various specialties including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB. Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.Evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient responses.Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decisions.Engaging in quality and safety initiatives to improve care delivery.Promoting compassionate interactions to enhance patient and family satisfaction. Qualifications And Skills Valid PA or multistate nursing license.Specialty-specific certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and NRP as required.Graduate of a specialty training program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Supportive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Additional Details Position involves working in clinical environments at various locations with flexibility for time off between assignments.Requires a minimum 12-week work agreement, with possible reassignment without notice.Supports professional growth with mentorship from experienced nursing leaders and participation in safety and quality programs.
