Travel Nurse

Join as an In-House Travel RN and provide patient-centered care across multiple units, including Adult Med Surg, ICU, ED, OR, and OB, at various hospital locations. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promote patient safety and satisfaction. Participate actively in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and safety initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, engaging in decision-making, and ensuring compliance with policies. Requirements include a valid nursing license, relevant certifications per specialty (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP), and a graduate of a specialty training program, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. The position offers full-time hours, support from experienced nursing leaders, mentorship, and a focus on compassionate care. Flexibility for time off between assignments is provided, with assignments typically lasting a minimum of 12 weeks, at different hospital locations within the health system. The role is per diem, non-benefited, with 401(k) support.
